SAIL Management Trainee Recruitment 2025 - Salary

• Stipend During Training: ₹50,000/- per month (Pay Scale: ₹50,000–1,60,000).
• After Training: Designated as Assistant Manager (E1 Grade) with pay scale of ₹60,000–1,80,000.
• Allowances: Dearness Allowance, HRA, PF, Gratuity, and other perquisites as per company rules.
• Additional Benefits: Leave encashment, housing/HRA, and free medical facilities for self and dependents.
• CTC: Approximately ₹16–17 lakhs per annum (excluding PRP and location-based allowances).
