Minimum 50% aggregate marks required (only pass class for SC / ST / PwBD / Ex-Servicemen candidates). Degree must be from a University established by Central/State Legislature, an Act of Parliament, or a Deemed University under UGC Act, 1956. Candidates should have basic knowledge of word processing on a personal computer (PC). Development Assistant (Hindi) Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University. Degree should be completed in English or Hindi medium with Hindi and English as compulsory/elective subjects, OR a Bachelor’s Degree with Hindi and English as main subjects. Minimum 50% aggregate marks required (pass class for SC / ST / PwBD / Ex-Servicemen candidates). Candidates must be able to translate from English to Hindi and Hindi to English.
