The MP RTE Free Admission Online Form 2026–27 has been released by the Right to Education (RTE) Department of Madhya Pradesh for free admission to Nursery, LKG, UKG, and Class 1 in private schools under the RTE quota.   • Caste Certificate issued by the Tehsildar
Residence Proof
  • Tehsil-issued Residence Certificate, Voter ID Card, Ration Card, Rural Employment Job Card, Passport, Driving License, Electricity Bill, or Water Bill.
Weaker Section (EWS)
  • Annual Income Certificate issued by the Tehsil authority or a Below Poverty Line (Antyodaya) card issued by the Food and Civil Supplies Department.
Child of Parent/Guardian suffering from AIDS, HIV, or Cancer
  • Medical Certificate issued by the Chief Medical Officer (CMO).
Orphan Child
  • Certificate issued by the Competent Authority
Child of Disabled / Elderly / Widow Pension Beneficiary Parent or Guardian
  • Certificate issued by the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Health Department, or Social Welfare Department.
