• Refundable Amount: Remaining ₹500 (after deducting ₹250 and bank charges)
• Full Refund: Female, SC, ST, Ex-servicemen, PwBD candidates if they appear for the written test
• Partial Refund: Other candidates if they appear for the written test
• Payment Mode: Online via Bharathkosh portal only
• Refund Conditions: Correct bank details and relevant certificates required; only latest application counted if multiple submitted
