IOCL Apprentices Online Form 2025 - Salary/Stipend

• Stipend will be paid as per the Apprentices Act 1961/1973 and Apprentices Rules 1992/2019/2025.
• The exact monthly stipend amount will be informed at the time of engagement.
• Apprentices will receive the stipend every month during the training period.

IOCL Apprentices Recruitment 2025 - Selection Process

• Candidates will be shortlisted based on online written test performance.
• The written test will have objective-type questions.
• Selection will be based on marks obtained, subject to document verification.
• Final merit list will be prepared category-wise and discipline-wise.
