Eligibility

Science Subject Eligibility Details :

• Passed 10+2 (Intermediate) with Mathematics, Physics, and English subjects, securing at least 50% aggregate marks and a minimum of 50% marks in English. OR
• Completed a 3-Year Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automobile, Computer Science, Instrumentation Technology, or Information Technology with at least 50% aggregate marks and a minimum of 50% marks in English in the diploma course.OR
• Completed a 2-Year Vocational Course from any recognized board with Physics and Mathematics as non-vocational subjects, securing at least 50% aggregate marks and a minimum of 50% marks in English.

Other Then Science Subject Eligibility :

• Passed 10+2 (Intermediate) from any recognized board with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks and at least 50% marks in English.OR
• Completed a 2-Year Vocational Course from any recognized board with at least 50% aggregate marks and a minimum of 50% marks in English.

Agniveer Vayu Intake Medical Standard:

• Height Minimum : 152.5 CMS
• Chest Expansion : 5 CMS

• Indian youth aged between 17.5 and 21 years are eligible to apply under the Agneepath Scheme.
• The scheme offers an opportunity to serve in the Indian Armed Forces for a period of four years.
• Agniveers will receive life insurance coverage of ₹48 lakh during their service period in the Indian Air Force.
• After completing the engagement period, candidates will receive an Agniveer Skill Certificate from the Indian Air Force.
• Leave benefits include 30 days of annual leave along with sick leave as per medical recommendations.
• Agniveers will receive applicable salary, allowances, and additional benefits during each year of service under the scheme.

• After completing 4 years of service as an Agniveer in the Indian Air Force, candidates will receive a Seva Nidhi package of ₹11.71 lakh along with a Skill Certificate.
• Based on performance and organizational requirements, up to 25% of Agniveers may be selected for enrollment into the regular cadre of the Indian Air Force.
