Eligibility 

• Manager (E2): Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Mining Engineering from a recognized university or institute.
• Senior Manager (E4): Applicants should have a Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Mining Engineering along with a First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted).

• Master Degree (M.Sc.) in Geology or Applied Geology.

• Candidates must possess a B.E./B.Tech degree in Environmental Engineering/Technology from a recognized institution. Alternatively, applicants with an Engineering Degree along with a Postgraduate Degree or Diploma in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, or Environmental Science are also eligible.

• Candidates must hold a B.E./B.Tech degree in Engineering along with a Postgraduate Degree or Diploma in Safety Engineering/Management. Alternatively, applicants with a B.Tech degree in Safety Engineering or Fire Engineering are also eligible to apply.

• B.E./B.Tech in Mineral Engineering or Mineral & Metallurgical Engineering.

• Graduate’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering.

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from a recognized university or institute.

• Candidates must have a B.E./B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mining Machinery Engineering from a recognized university or institute.

• B.E./B.Tech Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science Engineering or Information Technology. Alternatively, applicants holding a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree are also eligible.

• Candidates must possess an MBBS degree along with a Postgraduate Diploma in the relevant field. Alternatively, applicants with an MBBS degree and an MD, MS, DNB, or other recognized Postgraduate Degree in the relevant specialization are also eligible.

• Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline along with an MBA in Human Resources (HR) or Personnel Management. Alternatively, applicants with a Postgraduate Degree or Diploma in Personnel Management or Social Work are also eligible to apply.

• CA (Chartered Accountant) OR CMA (Cost & Management Accountant).

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline along with a Postgraduate Degree or Diploma in Journalism, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field from a recognized institution.

• Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline along with a Postgraduate Degree or Diploma in Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics. Alternatively, applicants with an MBA specializing in Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics are also eligible to apply.
