  • Flying Officer Pay: ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500 (Defence Pay Matrix, Level 10)
  • Military Service Pay (MSP): ₹15,500
  • Flight Cadets Training Stipend: ₹56,100/month for 1 year
  • Additional Allowances: Flying Allowance, Transport Allowance, Technical Allowance, Test Pilot & Flight Test Engineer Allowance, Risk & Hardship Allowance (based on branch/duty/posting)
