• 12th (Senior Secondary) with 50% marks + 2-year D.El.Ed./Diploma in Education/Special Education
• 12th with 45% marks + 2-year D.El.Ed. (as per NCTE 2002 norms)
• 12th with 50% marks + 4-year B.El.Ed.
• Graduation with 2-year D.El.Ed.
• Must have passed CTET (Primary Level) by CBSE
• Must have studied Hindi/Urdu/Punjabi/English at Secondary level
• Must have passed Hindi in 10th class
• SC/ST candidates get 5% relaxation in 12th marks

• ₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400 (Pay Level 6), Group B – Non-Ministerial, Non-Gazetted.
