Candidates must have a Diploma or Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering. Some posts also require 2 years of work experience.
The age limit is generally up to 30 years, but for certain departments like CPWD, it is up to 32 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms.

Yes. The fee is ₹100 for General/OBC/EWS candidates. SC/ST, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, and Women candidates are exempted.
