POWERGRID Company Secretary Professional Recruitment 2025 - Salary

• Pay Band: Rs. 30,000 – 1,20,000
• Initial Basic Pay: Rs. 30,000/-
• Annual CTC: Approx. ₹9.96 Lakhs
• Components: Basic Pay + IDA + HRA + Perks (~35% of Basic Pay)
• Retention Bonus: Rs. 20,000/- on completion of every 6 months of service
• PF/EPS/Gratuity: As per POWERGRID rules (PF @12% of Basic Pay + DA)
• Mobile & Digital Services: Reimbursement up to Rs. 45,000/- (excluding taxes) for 2 years
• Leave Benefits: 12 days Casual Leave, 10 days Sick Leave, 30 days Earned Leave per year + EL encashment, Maternity/Paternity Leave, Quarantine Leave
• Medical Benefits: Self & family (spouse, 2 dependent children, dependent parents) – OPD: 1 month Basic Pay + DA per year, IPD: Rs. 5 Lakhs insurance
