ECIL Vacancy 2026 - Selection Process

• Shortlisting in 1:4 ratio based on ITI/Diploma marks
• Tie-breaker: Class 10 marks, then older age
• Document Verification
• Written Test
• Skill/Trade Test + Viva
• Final merit: Qualification + Written + Skill/Viva
