Territorial Army Rally Recruitment 2025 - Physical Standards

For Male Candidates:

• Height: Minimum 160 cm. Relaxation up to 157 cm for candidates from the Eastern Himalayan Region (Sikkim, Manipur, Tripura, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Assam, and Hill Region of West Bengal – Darjeeling & Kalimpong). Also applicable to Indian Domicile Gorkhas, Garhwalis, and Ladakhis.

• Chest: 77 cm (unexpanded) and 82 cm (expanded).

• Weight: Must be proportionate to height and age as per Army medical standards.

For Female Candidates:

• Height: Minimum 157 cm. Relaxation up to 152 cm for candidates from the Eastern Himalayan Region and Indian Domicile Gorkhas.

• Chest: Minimum expansion of 5 cm.

• Weight: Must be proportionate to height and age as per Army medical standards.
