Age Limit Pay Scale
• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 27 Years
• Age Relaxation Applicable as per Government norms for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates		 • Graduate Apprentices: ₹14,000/- per month
• Diploma Apprentices: ₹12,000/- per month
• Stipend will be paid as per Apprenticeship norms during the training period of one year.

• Candidates must have a full-time regular 4-year B.E./B.Tech or 3-year Diploma with 60% marks in Electronics & Telecommunication, Computer Science, IT, Electrical, Electronics, or related branches (where Electronics is a core subject), from an AICTE-approved institution.
• Also eligible:
Passed Sections A & B of IEI (India), or
Graduate Membership Exam of IETE.
• Candidates with 1+ year of job/training experience after qualification are not eligible.

What is the last date to apply for RailTel Apprentices Recruitment 2025?

The last date to apply online is 16 August 2025. Applications submitted after this date will not be accepted.

Who is eligible to apply for RailTel Apprenticeship 2025?

Candidates must have a full-time B.E./B.Tech or Diploma with minimum 60% marks in Electronics, Computer Science, IT, Electrical, or related engineering branches.
Note: Those with 1+ year of post-qualification experience are not eligible.

 
What is the age limit for RailTel Apprenticeship?

Candidates must be between 18 to 27 years. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwD as per government rules.

What is the stipend for selected apprentices?

Graduate Apprentices: ₹14,000 per month

Diploma Apprentices: ₹12,000 per month
The stipend will be paid as per the Apprenticeship Act norms for 1 year.

How will the selection be done?

Selection will be based on merit from academic marks. Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification. There is no written exam or interview.
