| 1. Passport Size Photograph – Recent, clear color photo for uploading during online registration. 2. Scanned Signature – Must be uploaded as per size and format guidelines on the official portal. 3. Matriculation Certificate (10th Class) – For verifying Date of Birth and Punjabi language eligibility (must have passed Punjabi as a subject). 4. 12th Class Certificate (if applicable) – Required in case it’s needed to support educational or age eligibility. 5. Graduation / Diploma Certificate – As per post requirements: • B.Com / M.Com for Junior Auditor • Graduate for Treasurer & Treasury Officer • Civil / Electrical Diploma or Degree for technical posts 6.
